The company that runs that service for State Farm wanted to charge me for the tow even though that service is covered by my insurance policy. I called Valerie to let her know what was going on and she got on it immediately. It turned out that somehow my having that service was not known to that company (Valerie assured
me she would have that rectified) and the only way I could get the service I requested was to pay their fee and then seek reimbursement from State Farm afterward (Valerie was willing to cut me a check that day). At the time I couldn't afford to do that so Valerie made numerous phone calls and was finally able to locate an independent towing company that would do the tow and drop me home afterward. Valerie paid for this service out of her own pocket. What she did for me was amazing and I can't thank her enough. You couldn't find a better insurance agent than Valerie Mastay."
